Mr Thulani Khumalo - Stores Controller
The Stores Management Section is responsible for managing the storage and distribution of the university’s inventory of goods and supplies.
Key Functions
- Stock level monitoring and forecasting of stock needs
- Storage of inventory and maintenance of university physical stores
- Receiving of goods from suppliers
- Distribution of inventory to departments
- Quality control, through monitoring of storage conditions, tracking of expiration dates and quality checks.
