Ndava Constantine Mupondo has been a lecturer in the Department of Statistics and operations research at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, since October 2010. Dr. Mupondo earned his BSc in Applied Mathematics from Midlands State University, Gweru, Zimbabwe, and two MSc degrees (Operations Research and Statistics and Financial Engineering) and a Ph.D. in Statistics from NUST. I have extensive experience leading a team of statisticians and related professionals in developing and implementing tools and methodologies to deliver value to the business. More than 10 years experience in the application and development of statistical methods, including surveys, monitoring and evaluation, financial statistics, stochastic modeling, operations research methods, and innovative solutions for industry Experience in multidisciplinary technical teams, technology development and demonstration, and solving complex problems for which no solutions exist Experience in a variety of industrial environments, i.e., business, agricultural, physical, and engineering sciences
