Event Description

The Graduands for the 2019 Graduation Ceremony are advised that Graduation will be held on Friday, 08 November 2019. 

Graduands should note the following:  

Graduation Ceremony:  The Graduands and Guests are to be seated by 0930 hours. Gates will be closed 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. 

Academic Dress:  Only Graduands in the approved NUST Academic Dress will be allowed to take part in the Graduation Ceremony.   

The approved Graduation regalia is obtainable from the following University approved suppliers:

Rehearsal:  The Rehearsal will be held on Thursday, 07 November, 2019 commencing promptly at 1000 hours at the Ceremonial Hall at the University Campus.  All Graduands should attend the Rehearsal in order to participate in the Ceremony. 

Graduation Fee: The Graduation Fee of $600.00 including transcripts and certificates is payable between now and the Rehearsal day VIA this website or alternatively as cash or swipe at the Bursar’s Department. 

Outstanding Fees Balances:  Graduands with outstanding fees are advised to clear their balances by 18 October 2019 in order for them to graduate. 

Guests: Each Graduand may invite a maximum of two guests.  Admission to the Graduation Ceremony will be strictly by invitation.   

Meals and Refreshments:  After the Ceremony, light snacks will be served.  Ushers will direct the Graduands and their guests to the designated areas.
