Clean-up Campaign

As part of its commitment to practical climate action, Project Isigcino conducted community clean-up campaigns aimed at restoring and protecting urban environments. The initiative brought together youth volunteers who worked collectively to remove litter, promote responsible waste disposal, and demonstrate the importance of keeping public spaces clean as a foundation for environmental and public health.

The clean-up campaigns served not only to improve the physical environment but also to raise awareness about the link between waste management, climate change, and sustainable cities. By leading through action, Project Isigcino empowered young people to take ownership of their surroundings, reinforcing the message that small, collective efforts can create lasting impact in the fight against climate change.
