Teaching Assistant

Saneliso is dedicated Civil Engineer with strong experience in both academia and the construction industry. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant, she has actively contributed to the delivery of undergraduate courses, including Wastewater Engineering, Structural Analysis, Civil Engineering Materials, and Engineering Mechanics. Her academic involvement has strengthened her ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively, mentor students, and support curriculum delivery with a practical, industry-informed perspective. She has practical experience in the construction sector as a Project Coordinator. In this capacity, she has successfully coordinated construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Her responsibilities have included managing material procurement and supply chains, preparing and administering monthly claims, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. Saneliso also possesses experience in construction dispute resolution, including involvement in arbitration and mediation processes. This has equipped her with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to handle complex project challenges professionally and ethically.
