The Certificate in Leadership and Management (CLM) is a 6-month programme for managers, supervisors and aspiring managers. The programme, motivated by a common desire for professionalism and effective leadership, aims to:

• minimise challenges and obstacles that impede the success of virtuous decision making and harmony,
• establish conditions under which managers and supervisors can operate from,
• inculcate a culture of effective leadership and management skills within organisations,
• bridge the gap between managers and supervisors who are non-management degree holders and management degree holders,

Entry Requirements:           5 O’ Level’s, special entry considered on merit. Access to the Internet, and basic computer knowledge.

Duration:                               6 months (lessons held once every month on a weekend and or online)

Certification:            Qualifying students shall be certified by NUST-CCE.
