The University wishes to advise all 2020 Graduates that transcripts are ready for collection at Admissions and Students Records Office. For those graduates that reside outside Bulawayo, you may pay any courier of your choice (i.e DHL or Fedex) to collect the transcript from the Admissions and Student Records Office. Those graduates that will be sending a courier need to notify the Admissions Office by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior, so that the transcript is pre-packed before the courier picks it up. 

Please note that one can only collect their transcripts after they have cleared all their fees including the Graduation fees. The date for issuance of certificates will be announced in due course.
